what is Let's Talk About Non-Binary?
Let’s Talk About Non-Binary is a collective by and for non-binary, gender fluid, genderqueer, and gender non-conforming individuals. We aim to create a safe(r) and inclusive space where people can connect and feel validated and supported in their gender journeys. Our mission is to foster community, raise awareness, and promote acceptance of non-binary identities in society.
Our collective is run by enthusiastic volunteers and pursues a horizontal organization.
what do we do?
We organize monthly roundtables during which people can share experiences, support each other, and build connections. We also regularly organize fun activities such as crafting and game afternoons, an annual trip to the sea, etc. Based mainly in Brussels, we occasionally host events in other cities. We also have an active Discord server (contact us to get access).
Additionally, we actively participate in protests and advocacy efforts to fight all kinds of oppression and promote equality for all people. We frequently collaborate with other collectives and participate in events.

Our collective subscribes to the values of inclusivity, respect, authenticity, care, validation and representation. We do not tolerate any discrimination such as racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, lesbophobia, transphobia, biphobia, interphobia, discrimination against sex workers, fatphobia, classism, slut-shaming, body-shaming and other forms of oppression.
We believe that a flat organizational structure suits our community’s needs best and gives everyone the chance to participate in the ways they feel like.

At Let’s Talk About Non-Binary, activism is a core part of who we are and what we do. While education and community-building are vital, we believe activism is key to achieving greater rights and broader acceptance for non-binary and other marginalized identities. By actively participating in protests, raising awareness, and advocating for change, we want to challenge societal norms, combat discrimination, and create a more inclusive world for everyone.
